- Spunto is free to download with a 14-day free trial, then unlocked with a one-time in-app purchase. It’s licensed under Apple’s standard terms.
- What you write is yours. We claim no rights to it, and we never see it.
- Suggestions come from Apple Intelligence and can be wrong. Check one before you keep it.
The app
Spunto is licensed, not sold, through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement applies. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.
Spunto is free to download and includes a 14-day free trial of every feature. After the trial, a one-time in-app purchase unlocks Spunto on every device signed in to the same Apple Account. There is no subscription. If the trial ends without a purchase, everything you’ve written stays yours to read, search, edit and export, and new notes are still saved. Spunto stops reading notes and suggesting actions until you buy. Nothing is deleted.
Your content
You own everything you write in Spunto. It’s stored on your devices and in your iCloud account, and we have no access to it. You’re responsible for keeping your own backups; the app can export your notes and back up your Library at any time.
Suggestions
Spunto uses Apple Intelligence to suggest reminders, events, messages and other actions, and to summarize your notes. These are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect, including dates, times, people and places. Spunto never acts on a suggestion until you keep it, and you’re responsible for reviewing what you keep and for any message you send or call you place.
Spunto is not a medical, legal or emergency service. Don’t rely on it for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Spunto to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to interfere with the app or the services it relies on.
Changes and availability
We may update Spunto, change features, or update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Features that depend on Apple Intelligence or other Apple services are available only where Apple provides them.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spunto and this website are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Spunto and its icon are our trademarks. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple Vision Pro, Apple Intelligence, iCloud, Siri and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Spunto is not made or endorsed by Apple.
